Marissa and I are Back, with our latest seasonal offering! Join us for a special ritual to celebrate the Longest Night of the Year. Honoring the deep and potent energy of Winter Solstice. Winter is a time to welcome darkness and your relationship to the darker spaces both within and around you. By intentionally aligning yourself with the rhythms of nature and the rhythms that live within you, you can observe how to best support and nurture yourself at this time. Through the healing fusion of yoga, Ayurveda, and Tarot, we will create a safe space to explore the energy of the season. You will explore sweet movement and meditation practices to drop you into the center of your own sacred seat, while learning about the elements of nature and the archetypes that are most prominent this time of year. We will offer you tools to self-reflect and integrate these energies in accessible, effective ways. Come ready to connect with yourself, like-minded community, and the world around you. All levels of practitioners are welcome! No prior experience with yoga, Ayurveda, or Tarot needed.
