I am here to support your innate capacity for deep self healing and empowerment through my work as a Yoga & Embodiment Teacher & Intuitive Tarot Reader & Teacher. I believe in teaching Yoga and Reading Tarot in a way that serves to create a context for Healing, Alignment, Connection and Expansion. Teaching others to use the feedback they receive from the body and the cards to gain clarity and presence.

It’s about working with yourself and not against yourself. This process of self evolution takes time and should be treated with care, so my intention is to craft Yoga Classes and Tarot Readings in both pragmatic & evolutionary ways that allow you to explore your innermost landscape. Discovering your own Physical, Mental and Spiritual Information. The invitation is to then take the insights and guidance presented and utilize it in your life. I encourage Students to be present with themselves where they are, while working to get to where & who they want to be.

My work is informed by over nine years of professional experience with holding space for others and years of my own personal & continuous study & work with my Teachers, Spirit, Ancestors, & Guides.

Residing in Denver, CO, I teach Virtual Yoga Classes, Private Yoga Sessions, Intuitive Tarot Readings & Classes as well as Seasonally Inspired Workshops & Rituals. Inspired & Informed by Archetypes, Elements, Astrology, the Moon, The Dark Feminine, Divinity & Magic, I offer up these modalities in deepest devotion.
