What richness has Summer brought to your life? What do you need to gather and collect to create comfort and warmth for this next season? Through the healing fusion of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tarot, we will create a spacious, safe container for you to integrate your bounty and move forward with grounding and integration. You will be led through gentle, nourishing movement and meditation practices to cultivate greater presence and ease. Learn about the elements of nature and the archetypes that are prominent this time of year and gain the tools you need for self-reflection to integrate the energy of the season in an accessible, effective way. Come ready to connect with yourself, like-minded community, and the world around you. All levels of practitioners are welcome! No prior experience with Yoga, Ayurveda, or Tarot needed.
