Join Me on Winter Solstice for a afternoon of Yoga, Meditation & Ritual. Winter Solstice celebrates the longest night of the year. It is a time where we get to hold space for the exploration of darkness within our physical, mental and energetic bodies. A time to embrace the themes of incubation, restoration and refining our inner listening. In this extended practice you will experience a restorative vinyasa practice, meditation and ritual all woven together to drop you into the themes of Winter Solstice. This practice is designed to support our entire being as we embrace a new season and consciously connect to our inner and outer nature.
Please bring a journal and something to write with. We will also be building a community altar, so if you feel called, please bring something for the altar.
