In this Yoga Class we will explore the intrinsic connection between our bodies and our magical practices. As witches, we are working and running energy through our Physical Bodies as well as our Mental & Energetic Bodies. Yoga gives us an opportunity to nurture, nourish and connect with all parts of ourselves in a way that supports our magic. This class will weave Hatha Yoga Practices, Breathwork and Meditation designed to specifically support our bodies in relationship to our magical practices. We will explore the current themes of the season and the moon, creating a rich container for embodiment, exploration and wholeness. All paths of witchcraft are welcome and no experience with Yoga or Yogic practices is necessary.
