Join Myself & Marissa for a special ritual to welcome Spring! Spring is a time of renewal, rebirth and growth. As the Earth thaws and sheds the cloak of winters depth, we are asked to do the same; welcoming back warmth and light. Honor the rejuvenating spirit of Spring by intentionally aligning yourself with the rhythms of nature and the rhythms that live within you. Through the healing fusion of yoga, Ayurveda, and Tarot, we will create a container to explore the energy of the season. You will experience enlivening movement and meditation practices to drop you into the center of your own sacred seat, while learning about the elements of nature and the archetypes that are most prominent this time of year. We will offer you tools to self-reflect and integrate these energies in accessible, effective ways. Come ready to connect with yourself, like-minded community, and the world around you. All levels of practitioners are welcome! No prior experience with yoga, Ayurveda, or Tarot needed.
