“And So the Wheel Turns.”
This Year Summer Solstice, the Celebration of the Longest Day of the Year and the ushering in of the Summer Season, falls in alignment with The New Moon Solar Eclipse. With such big, powerful and potent energies succinct with each other, we are presented with a ripe opportunity to explore our Shadow exposed by the Sun. We get to sit directly at the seat of our Solar, Conscious, Physical Selves, and our Lunar, Subconscious, Intuitive Selves.
At this Virtual Gathering I will discuss the themes and Archetypes that correspond to Summer Solstice, also known as Midsummer or Litha. We’ll discuss tools that can support us as we connect the bridge from Gemini Season to Cancer season, through the lens of the Elements, Tarot and Meditation. A simple, energizing Hatha Yoga Practice will drop us into the embodiment and physicality of the Summer Season. Then we will seal our time together with a Ritual to harness the light of the longest day of the year, while honoring the Shadow cast by the Eclipse.
Come prepared to experience communal seasonal support, self-reflection and an empowered & embodied view of the Summer Season & The Solar Eclipse.
