Join Davidia for a morning of Spring Equinox Magic. Spring Equinox celebrates the welcoming back of light,it is a midway point for us to observe the darkness we will be leaving behind and the light we are ready to receive. It is a time where we are invited to make space, clear out, and shed any density or heaviness within our physical, mental, spiritual & energetic bodies. A time to embrace the themes of Revitalization, Re-Awakening, Rebirth & Energize.
In this extended practice you will experience a Hatha Yoga Practice, Meditation and Ritual all woven together to drop you into the themes of the Spring Equinox. This practice is designed to support our entire being as we embrace a new season and consciously connect to our inner and outer nature.
**This practice is suitable for all levels of experience.
We will begin Promptly at 10am, please arrive on time to ensure we have a safe container. Please bring a Yoga Mat, a journal & something to write with. We will also be building a community altar, so if you feel called, please bring something of significance for the altar.
